- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Juice the limes and oranges to get 2 tablespoons each of lime and orange juice. Remove any seeds.
- In a small bowl or jar, combine the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and your choice of sweetener (honey or agave syrup).
- Add salt and pepper to taste and whisk or shake vigorously to combine until the dressing emulsifies.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more honey/agave for sweetness or olive oil for a creamier texture.
- Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
Notes
For a smoother consistency, use a blender or add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard for extra creaminess.
