Description

This refreshing orange juice smoothie is perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack. It’s packed with vitamin C and a delightful citrusy flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup of fresh orange juice (about 23 oranges) 1 ripe banana ½ cup of Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon of honey (optional for extra sweetness) Ice cubes or frozen fruit (for a thicker smoothie texture)

Instructions

Peel and slice the banana. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana slices instead. Add the orange juice, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes (or frozen fruit) to a blender. Blend for about 30-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more orange juice if it’s too thick. Taste your smoothie. If you’d like it sweeter, add a little more honey and blend again. Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of orange, and enjoy the refreshing smoothie!

Notes

For a tropical twist, try adding pineapple or mango. You can substitute Greek yogurt with almond milk for a dairy-free version.
