Description
A refreshing and healthy lush berry juice packed with antioxidants, perfect for any occasion. Made with fresh mixed berries, coconut water, and honey, this juice is as nutritious as it is delicious.
Ingredients
2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 cup water or coconut water
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Handful of ice cubes
Splash of lemon juice (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash the berries thoroughly if using fresh ones. If using frozen berries, no need to thaw.
2. Add berries, water (or coconut water), and honey (or maple syrup) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Add ice cubes and blend again to chill.
4. Taste and adjust with more sweetener or lemon juice if desired.
5. Serve in a glass with mint garnish and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker consistency, use less water or coconut water.
For a warmer version, heat the blended juice in a saucepan over low heat before serving.
Feel free to add other superfoods like chia seeds, flaxseeds, or spirulina for extra nutrition.
