Ingredients
Chicken thighs (or breasts)
Soy sauce
Honey
Garlic (minced)
Ginger (grated)
Sesame oil
Rice vinegar (optional)
Orange juice (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
2. 2. Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably a few hours.
3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. 4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. 5. Baste the chicken with reserved marinade during grilling for a glossy finish.

Notes
For best results, use chicken thighs as they remain juicy and flavorful when grilled. If using chicken breasts, be sure not to overcook.
You can prepare the marinade ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 3 days.
